On August 18, 2012, I got up at 6 a.m. and had not expected heavy rain. This time, I finally solved the curse of "It must rain for every Evergreen activity". With the slogan "Beyond Yourself, Building Up Our Team", we came to Rose Coast for outward bound training. After getting out of the car, the fresh sea breeze came and the waves roared heartily, as if they were trying to challenge us. Who is the winner today? Today, we will experience the training of unity, smart grid, high-altitude bridge breakdown, island survival and other projects.

        After a few words from the trainer, it took us less than 10 minutes to group and decide the team name, slogan, logo, team song and formation. It is conceivable how fierce the competition between the Daring Death Team and the Iron Fist Team is.

        The training left us endless thinking, because everything was vivid, like a brainstorming, and thought reached an unprecedented new height. In only one day's training, whenever we successfully complete a project, we would cheer; when we fail, we will be very frustrated and review our mistakes.

        At dusk, these eight hours let us have a profound understanding - the real team is not the sum of individual strength, but the multiplier of potential between members. Fighting spirit and tacit understanding, confidence and courage are Evergreen's wings to surpass his dreams. As long as we believe in our partners, we will go far on this ordinary road.
